Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from when you receive your order to return it if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.
If you have received a damaged, faulty, incorrect product or have received an incomplete order, you have 14 days to request a replacement or a refund by follow the instructions in the 'Return for damaged, faulty or incorrect items' paragraph. After the above terms we will not be responsible for damage or issue of the products.
The return is free and must be made by accessing the portal https://alessi.returns.international/ and entering the information relating to your order.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, follow these simple steps:
1. After at least 24 hours from receipt of the order, access the portal and fill in the fields with the required order data. Select the items you wish to return, specifying the reason.
2. In a maximum of 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email from DHL containing the label to be applied outside of the box, with all the instructions for the return.
3. The products must be placed in their original packaging, with all their elements and attached manuals. The products must be returned unused and in perfect working condition.
4. Once we have received your order, we will check the products to verify that they have been returned intact. Products received damaged will only be partially refunded after the damage has been assessed.
5. It is important to keep the return shipment receipt until our confirmation of return receipt and making the refund.
6. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase and it cannot be changed for security reasons. The refund will be issued 14 days after receipt of the return.
We only guarantee one free return for each order, the customer will be responsible for all other returns costs. The return can only be issued from the country where the order has been delivered or where we offer our return service if the customer intends to return the goods from any other country all the costs will be under the customers' responsibility. We ask that Goods are returned to us by recorded delivery or courier so that you have proof of posting. We will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in the post. Please provide a valid return receipt to the customer service, in order to process your refund, and send us a picture of it at email@example.com.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, you can request a replacement of the item within 14 days of receiving the order. To request a replacement or refund, write to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the specific reason "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product" and attaching one or more images or videos of the item, in which it is clearly visible the defect. In the event that the non-conformity of the product is confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement or the refund. The refund usually takes place in 3/5 working days.

If you have opened a chargeback or dispute on PayPal or other payment systems, we will not be able to fulfill your refund or replacement request.
