How can I purchase an Alessi E-Gift Card?

The Alessi E-Gift Card is a virtual gift card that can only be used as a payment online on www.alessi.com. After completing your order and purchasing your E-Gift Card, you will receive an email containing the redemption code for the gift card. On working days, all gift card orders are processed within 48 hours. You cannot purchase an E-Gift Card by paying with another digital gift card, but you can use any other payment method available in your country/region.

Where can I use the Alessi E-Gift Card?

You can make your purchases using the digital card exclusively on our website www.alessi.com. You can redeem the value of your E-Gift Card by simply entering its unique code in the designated field on the checkout page. The E-Gift Card is only valid in the country/region in which it was purchased.

Can I use an E-Gift Card in an Alessi flagship store?

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our website www.alessi.com, and are therefore not redeemable at any Alessi flagship store.

Do I have to spend the entire amount of the E-Gift Card in one go?

No, you can also spend the amount of your E-Gift Card in several purchase solutions on our website www.alessi.com. If your purchase exceeds the E-Gift Card balance, you can complement it with any other payment method available in your country/region.

What is the validity of my E-Gift Card?

The E-Gift Card has an unlimited validity period and no expiry date.

Can I return the E-Gift Card and convert its value into cash?

The E-Gift Card cannot be returned, blocked, refunded or exchanged for cash. There is also no blocking or refunding in the event of theft or loss.

Can I recharge my E-gift Card?

No. The E-Gift Card is not rechargeable. You can always purchase a new E-Gift Card at www.alessi.com.

How can I gift an E-Gift Card?

You can choose to use the online gift card for yourself, or surprise a friend by sending it by e-mail or printing it out with a personal note. The recipients will be able to purchase what they want on www.alessi.com.

Can I check the remaining credit of my gift card?

Once you have used your gift card, you will receive detailed information about the remaining balance during the final checkout phase. Alternatively, you can check your balance at any time by accessing your E-Gift Card page, accessible via the link sent to you by email.

Can I get a refund for an order paid with a gift card?

Refunds of purchases that have been paid with an E-Gift Card will be made to the same gift card. You will be notified of the updated E-Gift Card balance within a maximum of 14 days after we have received the returned goods in our warehouse.
